Himalayan Cultural Foundation Director Mr. Lobsang Phuntsok Appointed Chief Advisor of the National Democratic Party of Tibet On 9th October 2016, National Democratic Party of Tibet (NDPT) President Tsetan Norbu and Vice President Karma Yangdup visited New Delhi, India, where they officially appointed Mr. Lobsang Phuntsok as Advisor to the NDPT. Mr. Lobsang Phuntsok has been a longstanding sponsor and dedicated advisor to the National Democratic Party of Tibet. On 14th October 2016, Mr. Lobsang Phuntsok visited the main office of the National Democratic Party of Tibet and the Central Tibetan Administration in Dharamsala, India. During this visit, he held a special meeting with NDPT executive members and a European delegation, alongside Tibetan exile Prime Minister Dr. Lobsang Sangay. Discussions centred on the activities of the National Democratic Party of Tibet and key issues relating to Tibetan education.

He delivered a keynote address before distinguished dignitaries and guests, marking a significant milestone in his commitment to the Tibetan democratic movement.
